MORE Physical TherapyOutlook: After battling some injuries in 2008, Cochrane appears ready for a bounce back season with the Quakes. A good ball-winner, the Portland native scored a career-high two goals last season, including the dramatic game-winner against the Galaxy on Aug. 3. He is strong in the air, allowing him to command the defensive box and also pose a threat on all set pieces in the opponent's box. He should help the Quakes defense again rank among the league's best in 2009.
